6. Bookings and Payment
Payment must be made in full before appointments, programmes or courses commence unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time without prior notice.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
For one-to-one appointments:
* At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be refunded.
* Failure to attend without notice will normally result in the session being forfeited.
If Lorraine Butterfield needs to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered.
8. Refund Policy
One-to-One Sessions
Refunds are not normally offered once a session has taken place.
Digital Products
Due to their instant access, digital products are non-refundable.
Online Courses
Refund requests will be considered only where required under applicable consumer law.
Once course materials have been accessed, refunds may not be available unless legally required.
Memberships
Membership fees are charged according to the subscription selected.
Members may cancel future renewals at any time before their next billing date.
Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
