Once you book your session, your Zoom link will be sent to you. If you don’t receive it, please contact me directly. What will happen after the purchase: 🟡 After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order, and thank you email with the instructions. 🟡 Your report and clearing will be carefully prepared and delivered within five working days. 🟡 After the session, you will receive your PDF report and the session recording via email. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, therefore the following policies apply to your private session: 💫 If you need to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, you may do so freely. In the case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to reschedule for a time that works better for you. 💫 If you need to reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours before your session, I kindly ask for your understanding that no refund can be issued due to the preparation and time already dedicated to your session. However, I am happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment. This policy ensures that each report and session is treated with the care, attention, and respect it deserves.
