Do you feel as though you cannot trust people?
Do you feel that every time your let your barrier down, people take you for granted, betray you or deceive you in some way?
When we hold a frequency of not being able to trust, we attract people and situations where this energy will play out. We really have to look within to see the frequencies within that are attracting this situations, e.g. what within me doesn't Trust.
To fully trust is to have an open heart and to feel vulnerable yet safe and secure in feeling that vulnerability. A deeper knowing that within you, you are not going to be hurt or deceived.
You can feel safe to love and trust people in your life when you fully Trust.
Allow yourself to let go of the energies of mistrust, deceit and betrayal. To release the beliefs that perhaps are running about 'never being able to let your guard down', 'if I open up I will get hurt again' or perhaps you feel that 'everyone is after something from me'.
It may be that you just don't believe what other people tell you. You are suspicious and you have your armour on ready to defend yourself against their true intentions.
