The Moon Cycles and Menopause

I often write about the new and full moons, and I sometimes wonder why I keep being drawn back to their energy. But perhaps it’s because the moon is the embodiment of the divine feminine. She reflects the natural ebb and flow of life—the cycles of release and renewal, endings and new beginnings. She reminds us that life isn’t meant to be lived in a constant state of doing.
Whether you believe the moon influences us or not, many of us notice an energetic shift around the new moon and the full moon. They invite us to pause, reflect and reconnect with ourselves.
For me, especially since moving through menopause, these lunar energies have felt even more profound. This season of life calls us to embrace the wisdom of the moon—to know when to soften, when to rest, when to retreat and honour our inner world, and when it’s time to shine our light once again.
Each phase of the moon mirrors a cycle within us. As women, particularly in midlife, we are being invited to honour these rhythms rather than resist them. The moon gently illuminates our triggers, our patterns, our wounds, and also our deepest wisdom. She shows us what is ready to be released so we can step more fully into who we are becoming.
This understanding is one of the reasons I created the Akashic Menopause Programme—a gentle and sacred 12-week journey into the wisdom of the Akashic Records.
This isn’t about fixing yourself, because there is nothing wrong with you.
Menopause is a natural rite of passage. While it can bring physical, emotional and spiritual challenges, I believe it doesn’t have to be experienced through suffering alone. It can become a doorway into deeper healing, self-understanding and transformation.
The She He Rises Akashic Menopause Programme offers a unique and holistic approach to navigating this transition with greater ease, compassion and connection to yourself.
If you feel drawn to this journey, I invite you to click the link below to learn more about the programme.
It would be an honour to walk alongside you as you embrace this new chapter and discover the wisdom that has always been within you.
Much Love,
Lorraine xx
