Do you remember who you were before menopause?

I didn’t realise I’d lost parts of myself until I sat down to write one day. I’d always thought I was one of the lucky ones—that menopause wasn’t really affecting me. Looking back now, I can see I was in denial. I had completely lost myself.
When I look back, I see the struggle more clearly. The lack of motivation. The confidence that had quietly dwindled. The endless search for every supplement known to man, hoping something would fix how I was feeling.
Some things helped for a while. But none of them really addressed what was underneath.
Very early in life, I realised that we manifest from our central energy field. When we feel good, good things seem to flow. When we feel low, life often mirrors that energy and we find ourselves spiralling.
So why was I searching for the answers outside of myself?
Because it was a pattern.
A pattern that had begun in my relationships and slowly trickled into every other area of my life. Looking for love, abundance, health and happiness externally, when all along they existed within me.
That is what the Akashic Menopause Programme gives you the opportunity to explore. This is a different approach to Menopause symptoms.
What is it within you that believes you need to suffer?
Perhaps it’s trauma from this lifetime. Perhaps it’s something carried through from past lives. Whatever it is, these beliefs can become so deeply ingrained that we can’t see a way through them.
But there is a way.
The journey isn’t about finding another thing to fix you. It’s about turning inward, reconnecting with yourself, and remembering the wisdom and healing that already exist within you. This journey is not for the faint of heart. It is for those who really want to dig deep and release.
If this resonates with you, and you’d like to learn more about the work I do and how the Akashic Menopause Programme can support you, I’d love you to join my mailing list. Just pop over to the website to subscribe.
Much Love,
