Pop Up Tap Along - Guilt

This is an online Zoom one hour session to release energies of Guilt that may be holding you back.  Guilt stops us in our tracks in so many ways.  We end up not fulfilling our dreams or doing things we really would like to do.  We can even end up people pleasing and constantly giving rather than receiving.  I will be grounding us and then Tapping using positive affirmations to release these energies and my Guides will then step in with beautiful Light Language to clear energies in your vibration that no longer serve you.
