Who Am I?
I'm a mum of three beautiful teenage girls and a black Labrador. We live on a farm in rural Hereford. I'm a runner and fitness fanatic and I have always considered health and healthy lifestyle very important. I love to cook and I am vegetarian.
I’ve been on my own journey of self-discovery and self-love, after having been in an abusive marriage. I have even written a book about my story, ‘Journey to Self-Love’. Not only am I an author, but I am also a teacher of tarot, Akashic Records as well as a healer, psychic and coach. I am dedicated to helping people like you.
Born and raised in Hereford, I left at the age of 20, travelled a lot and spent 30 years living in Sussex, I have now returned to my home city. I took a leap from the corporate world and airlines to being my own boss and having the privilege to help many spiritual, ambitious entrepreneurs sidestep years of struggle with relationships and low self-worth and manifest their dream life.
